PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF SERVICE

1/ A 50% deposit is minimally required for all Housecalls.

2/ If a patient is a "No-Show" or is not at their place of residence for their scheduled exam time, their deposit is not refundable.

3/ If a patient cancels their appointment within 24
hours from their scheduled exam time, their deposit
is not refundable.
         
4/ The House Call Fee applies to the examination only. Additional fees may apply to patients interested in purchasing glasses and/or contact lenses if they do not have insurance to cover the cost of these materials.
